Welcome to the AED Online Submission Portal! Through this portal, AED members are able to:
To participate, simply login using the link below, or create an account if you have not done so already. To nominate someone or to apply, please follow the instructions on the "How To Use This Site" tab. Please note that you will need to repeat the process for each nomination or application you wish to provide.

Click on the "Register" link and complete and submit the registration form.
Login to the system with your email and password.
Select and create your online nomination or application.
During the Call for Nominations/Applications period, your submission can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and attachments uploaded. As each section is complete, you will see a appear in the category tab when the nomination/application is saved. Please ensure that all attachments are in Acrobat PDF format. At any time, you can download and print your nomination/application by clicking on the icon in the Nomination/Application Summary section.
On completion, save your nomination/application as FINAL. Download and print a copy of your submission for your records by clicking on the icon in the Nomination/Application Summary section in the right column.
